About TLAW
Founded in 1989, the Tennessee Lawyers' Association for Women is a statewide organization dedicated to advancing women in the legal profession across Tennessee. For nearly four decades TLAW has worked to increase the number of women on the bench and in key legal positions, provide mentorship and leadership development, and build a strong statewide community of women in law.

Our Events
TLAW hosts signature events throughout the year bringing together women attorneys, judges, legal professionals, and leaders from across the state:
TLAW Empowerment Conference — Annual full-day conference featuring keynote speakers, panels, CLE programming, networking, and a cocktail reception. Held each spring in Nashville.
TLAW Annual Meeting & Breakfast — Annual membership meeting featuring a distinguished keynote speaker. Held each summer in conjunction with the TBA Annual Convention in Knoxville.
Additional events and programming are scheduled throughout the year.
